According to Standing Rule 03/98-04, Committees are hereby authorized to initiate fund raising efforts subject to the following:
- All fund raising will be coordinated with the Chairperson of the Fund Raising Committee who will present a proposal to the Board for an official motion and Board approval.
- All funds generated by that Committee will be used to offset the approved annual budget for that Committee and any special allocations requested by the Committee and approved by the Board.
- All surplus funds generated by the Committee will revert to the general fund at the close of the fiscal year.
