Membership Renewal

The BCCA membership year runs from July 1 to the following June 30.

Renewals are due to the BCCA Treasurer starting July 1. If not received by August 1, a $5.00 late penalty will be assessed.

IMPORTANT: Please do not send in membership renewals before July 1. This is because the fiscal year starts on July 1, and we will have a new treasurer after that date.

If dues are still unpaid after August 31, your membership will be terminated. Lapsed members may reapply for membership; use the same forms and procedures as for New Members.

Dues Payment Options

We offer two types of payment options:

  • The traditional printable PDF form, which you can download and mail with your payment. If you prefer, download the form, fill it out online, save the form after filling it out, and email it to the BCCA Treasurer. You may ask the Treasurer to invoice you for credit card/PayPal payment.
  • Use the handy form below to pay with PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this option. You may pay using a checking or savings account or a credit card.

The form below is the quickest and easiest way to renew your membership. You can subscribe to the Beardie Bulletin, buy an Illustrated Standard, add or renew a breeder listing, and even request to be invoiced for your total. If possible, please use this form unless you plan to renew with a paper check and snail mail.

IMPORTANT: Please use the email address you use for PayPal as the First Member’s email. Otherwise, PayPal gets confused and doesn’t know what to do.

This email must be the same email you use to log in to PayPal. If you want to use a different email in the Roster, add it below under Other Email.
If the First Member's email is different from your PayPal email, please add the email you want added to the Roster here.
Primary phone number or first member's phone
Optional. Please include this if you are adding or renewing a Breeder Listing. Make sure to start with http:// or https:// . This form doesn't understand URLs without it.
If you want, you can add changed email address, changed phone number, or other information here.

The PDF version of the Roster is sent to all members. US members only: If you want a printed version in addition to the PDF, request one here. Non-US Members: select the 3rd choice.
If you check this box, the Board won't call you next year if you don't send in a renewal.
